The work behind the method

Client-side experience across the evolution of enterprise HR technology.

Across three decades in HR technology, HR operations, service delivery, data, governance and enterprise transformation, Bryan has worked inside the evolution from personnel administration to cloud HCM, integrated employee services, workforce analytics and AI-enabled work.

His experience spans complex, distributed, global, acquisition-driven and growth environments, including work involving Workday, Dayforce, Oracle, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors and ADP ecosystems.

Through HRIS Audit, Bryan helps executives and transformation teams assess readiness, strengthen governance, clarify client-partner accountability, apply evidence-based quality gates, recover struggling programs and build sustainable HR technology operating models.

“Technology can be implemented. Transformation must be led.”

1Standard: the client must be able to own the outcome
How I work

Experienced enough to challenge. Practical enough to help.

The objective is not to create dependency on another advisor. It is to make the client’s decisions, governance and operating capability stronger.

01

See the whole system

Connect leadership, governance, people, process, technology, data, change and optimization.

02

Make the hidden visible

Expose assumptions, capacity constraints, decision drift and readiness gaps early.

03

Challenge without theater

Bring direct evidence and practical options rather than performative red status.

04

Build what remains

Transfer capability into the organization instead of leaving only a report.

The name HRIS Audit is a discipline: look beneath the platform, test the evidence and understand whether the organization can produce the result it expects.

The first useful question

Tell me where the program feels less certain than the status report suggests.

That tension is often the beginning of the real transformation conversation.
