Collect less. Protect what is collected.
The public tools are designed to avoid storing transformation inputs. Account and inquiry data are used only to operate the site, provide access and respond to requests.

Information you provide
HRIS Audit may collect information you submit through account registration, contact, purchase-interest, password-reset and access-code forms. This may include your name, business email, organization, inquiry details, license tier, account status and acceptance timestamps.
Member account information
Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes, not readable passwords. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in and are configured with security attributes. Login attempts, access-code redemptions, downloads and administrative changes may be logged for security, licensing and support.
Interactive tools
The public pulse scan does not intentionally store your answers. Premium member tools calculate results on the server but are designed not to retain the submitted transformation inputs after the response is produced. Do not submit confidential personal data, employee records or regulated information.
Contact and purchase‑interest forms
Submissions are stored in protected files on the hosting account so HRIS Audit can respond. The server may also attempt to send an email notification. Standard hosting logs may record IP address, browser and timestamp. Anti-abuse controls use a one-way fingerprint of the connecting address.
Payments
When external checkout links are activated, payment information is processed by the selected payment provider. HRIS Audit does not intend to store full payment-card information on this website. The provider’s privacy terms also apply.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential session cookies for account and security functions. No cross-site advertising or behavioral analytics are included in this package by default.
Retention and choices
Account and licensing records may be retained while access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for contractual, security and recordkeeping purposes. Inquiry records may be removed when no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, email greenwb@hrisaudit.com.
Security
No internet system is perfectly secure. HRIS Audit uses layered technical and contractual controls described at Security, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Hosted Insights journal and analytics
The HRIS Audit Insights journal is hosted by a third-party content provider and presented at blog.hrisaudit.com. The provider may process standard server logs and operational cookies needed to deliver the hosted pages. Links and article summaries may also be retrieved through the site’s RSS feed bridge.
HRIS Audit does not enable cross-site advertising or behavioral analytics on the main website by default. If Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels or comparable tools are activated, this notice will be updated to identify the provider, information collected, purpose, retention and available choices.
