Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain a strong password, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Accounts are personal unless a written team or enterprise license states otherwise. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
Interactive tools
Tool outputs are structured discussion aids, not final decisions. You remain responsible for validating facts, evidence, assumptions and recommendations. Do not submit employee-level personal data or other sensitive regulated information.
Intellectual property
HRIS Audit, Built Not Bought™, the named frameworks, visual system, software, text and original resources are owned by HRIS Audit, LLC unless otherwise stated. Public access does not transfer ownership. Paid or granted access is governed by the Digital Product License.
Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, discover private file paths, scrape protected content, probe the site for vulnerabilities, interfere with rate limits, share access codes, reverse engineer protected scoring for commercial replication, or use the service unlawfully.
External services
Checkout, email or hosting providers may have separate terms. References to third-party platforms or systems integrators do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Availability and changes
HRIS Audit may update, suspend or discontinue features, access or content. Access may be revoked for security, nonpayment, refund, chargeback, license violation or misuse.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and resources are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Consult qualified counsel before relying on these terms for a paid launch.
